You can either send your request via the website or call us direct on 01282 876267. We will source the vehicle(s) you are interested in and contact you by telephone, fax or email (depending on which is easiest for you) with price, availability and any additional info requested. Each enquiry is assigned to an individual sales executive, so you will always get to speak to the same person regarding your enquiry.
All our vehicles are full UK spec with full manufacturer’s warranty and breakdown cover (where applicable).

Finance info:
If you take out finance, our finance provider will need some supporting documentation from you. Once you have been approved for finance, we will send out your finance documents to you to sign and send back. We require you to send us your original driver’s license. If the address on the license is your current address and you provide both parts including the part that shows your signature, we require no further ID. If not, then we need a copy of a utility bill (not telephone) such as gas or electric. An additional proof of signature ID can be a copy of both sides of a credit / debit card.

How do I buy a vehicle from Van Heaven?

Placing & securing an Order:
Once you have decided to purchase a vehicle from Van Heaven, we need a small securing deposit from you. We will take a £1000 cheque. If you have ordered a vehicle with specific extras or conversions, we may require a higher deposit amount.
Once we have received the deposit and written confirmation of order, we will order your vehicle from our suppliers.
Checking the progress of your order:
Once you have placed your vehicle order, you will be contacted regarding the due delivery of the vehicle. If you have any queries or questions, you can phone a member of Our Team for an update on the progress of your order.
Paying for your vehicle:
We require full settlement of payment prior to delivery. Once the vehicle becomes available for delivery, we will provide you with registration details, chassis number, a vehicle acceptance check sheet and a final invoice. Once you have arranged payment to us, we will arrange the earliest delivery date for you to receive your new vehicle.
The delivery of your vehicle:
We deliver all our vehicles direct to your door, so all we need to know is the most convenient location and date for you. Unless a specific request has been made, your new vehicle will be driven down to you. We can arrange for a transporter to carry your vehicle to you (not in residential locations), but this incurs additional costs. For further details, please speak to a member of the Sales Team.

What if I have any problems with my vehicle?

Just after delivery:
If you discover a problem with the vehicle as you are taking delivery please inform the driver of the problem and call us immediately before letting the driver leave.
Later problems:
Unless otherwise stated, your new vehicle comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any problems, all you need to do is take it to your local dealer within the warranty period.
